I recently came across this interesting study covering the effectiveness of lysyl-oxidase inhibitors (compounds that reduce collagen cross-linking) in rats for lengthmaxxing: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7523611/

TLDR using the compound alone and doing nothing else was more effective than even stretching, and when combined they increased length by up to 17%.
I was curious if the community had any other knowledge on this specific subtopic. If not, then stay tuned as I will probably be testing it on myself soon.

You plan to use BAPN or another compound?

Yeah, I was thinking of maybe doing a selective LOXL-2 inhibitor like SNT-5382 so that I don't rupture my arteries but it might not be effective. If you see me stop posting it will probably be because I died.

BAPN is a terrible idea bro PM I know some pharmape communities that have some other less risky stuff for lysyl-oxidase, but dont post abt it. Ideally there'd be something we could just inject in our tunica and it stays local but its just not a thing yet

I mean a limited human study showed a small dose is not extremely toxic: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/360859/
and theoretically the effect should eventually wear off wherever collagen was not remodeled.

Even rat studies showed no deadly effects from dosages of up to 100mg/kg.

What kind of compounds do you suggest are less risky? I would imagine that more selective compounds are less dangerous, but also less effective.

NVM I'm retarded, one google search helped me find that BAPN has off-target toxic effects unrelated to collagen synthesis and that second generation compounds also have more comprehensive safety data.
