People are not enjoyable at all

Im not claiming ND in any way, but in the last 1-2 years i have rotted on my pc for the most part and lost contact to a lot of people due to that and the time i spend with my family has also gotten less

And now everytime i do interact with old friends or people that i still hangout with sometimes, i notice how i dont enjoy it at all and that i dont miss being with them

Even when i interact with my family i just try to get it over with quickly, it just seems so dull and unnecessary

I know i have to socialize more at some point to live a good life, but every social interaction rn just feels like a task and i dont get anything out of it
