I am 6'1 135 and my frame is probably average for my height and i have a thin waist. Is it because I have small arms? My wrists are slightly under 6.25 inches and i do have pretty skinny arms and lack lean mass overall. I am lean bulking will this help?

similiar situation to me, 5'11 145 and 6.5" wrists with good clavicles

People call me skinny but say my frame is good

Go to the gym and hit shoulders and chest, wrist size can also be increased abit, it did for me

Im on my grind rn Push-pull-push-pull-arms. I need mogger frame that i can further fraud with baggy clothes

Feels way more natural than working out at the gym
I'll start gym when I'm at 155lb
Im not doing only bodyweight, I still do ohp, i just dont squat, bench press or deadlift rn. I still do weighted arm exercise and cable accesories tho. Bodyweight is my main compound

its cuz u have good frame but no muscle

bidelt is average but my base is good
Large bideltoid will make me frame mogger with my sweater, I will need to get larges then

shoulder width grows a lot from 13-18 years old, your growth is def mostly puberty and some training

i noticed this too, but it's probably because your bones are small but just long
so you the frame is basically a gimick, which is why you are still seen as a lanklet
 
how 'wide' / v tapered someone is depends on: clavicles, shoulder development, back/lats development - you are very underweight so you can safely gain 4-5lbs per month without much worry... possibly 4 week minicuts every once in a while to mitigate fat accumulation
