They asked me why I walk tiptoes, I dont know if Its autism or not but usually even when Im near other people I usually slouch to Stretch my back and look taller.

I dont know if Its bdd or what else but other people made this comment so they probably see something that It Is not normal

I use 1.5 inch ones max and no one's noticed anything. You must be wearing huge ones or doing it wrong.

same tbh i never wear more than 1.5 casually and thats in high top shoes
maybe 2 inches if i go to an important event
