Sometimes I think about all the people I know or the ones I just happen to observe while being outside and it seems crazy to me that, atleast most of them, don’t even have the slightest clue of what’s wrong with them. I’m not a big fan of degrading other people or making fun of them just because of their looks (granted no one should and most aren’t) but it just is one of the most important factor in your life for everything and seeing people who don’t fit the beauty standard just fills me with this deep sadness. Like just with one look you know they probably aren’t happy, you know they’ve never been fully confident and you know that very likely there is something about their face that has always pecked them but they just can’t figure out what it is. This led me to the question if those people were happier if they knew about the thing or things that made them feel weird about their face or if it is for the best that they don’t know and aren’t going down that rabbit hole, which will probably lead to even more self hatred?
