Outside of Europe, America, Australia, or any white majority country it's pretty much impossible seeing light eyes. The lightest eye color that u will see is like a light brown or hazel eye color and even then that's rare asf. Even in places like Mexico where almost all of the population is mixed white I only saw one guy with light green eyes and that was on a random island not even on the mainland and I have been to Mexico more times than I can count. Water shit is rigged for us ethnics, if u have light blue or green eyes count ur blessings.
