Tbh if reincarnation is true I’ve always thought this is pretty unlikely for 2 reasons

1. There’s basically no way for the average animal, curry, or african to accumulate enough good karma in those hellhole dog eat dog environments so there’s a soft cap on how bad you can reincarnate to. Lions literally tear apart baby zebras as they’re still alive and screaming while curries are out there raping lizards and cows.

2. There’s also the question of if 90% of animals, curries, and other ethnics even have souls and at the very least you can say that it’s up for debate.
