LL is not artificial bone or some shit.
You get an implant, the bone is cut and then natural bone grows inside the gap till it solidifys in the desired distance.
After 1 year the implant is removed.
No way to say which bone is newly created. Even the best doc cant tell you after remodelling is complete. Furthermore the growth mechanism on the limbs is the same as if you just grew 7cm in that limb natural. Only thing is the time, since you grow 7cm in like 90 days, compared to normally around 1-2 years during puberty. But even that is a minor problem.
The problem with LL was always with bone grwoth and infection.
Both of these can be solved (internal LL for the infection) and slow lengthening + some drugs and further meassures for bone grwoth.
