i feel like in todays society kids are being raised too far away from nature, meaning that these peoples immune systems are worse than that from an 90yo grandfather, just because their body was never really exposed to anything espcacially as a kid.

i agree, nature is def a really good cope and extremely healthy and beneficial for everyone, im probably gonna get back into hiking once it gets warmer.
