Yea i think jatts are probably on the same level as most western Europeans for actual adult height potential show by punjab being on average the tallest state in india, the north of pakistan is probably even taller. Also the discovery of neolithic indian hunter gatherers showing the average could have been as high as 6'1. Once pakistan gets to being a first world country or india stops being hindu the average height will easily be 5'9 while punjab and kashmir being 5'10 or 5'11

Human Development Index is just a stat to show how developed a country is, Most graphs show as HDI increases so does height, Indias hdi in the 1970s was 4.5 and now its 6.6. A 2.1 increase when plotted on a graph at the line of best fit shows that the average height increase would have been 6-9cm with that kind of increase in HDI
