Yea thats true however having psychological disorders doesn't mean your high iq, and if you did you should blame your problem on the disorder not your iq

It's a case of false equivalnce.

High-functioning autism (generally) correlates to a high IQ.
Whereas a high IQ doesn't always correlate autism.
