Guys I think I have facial dismorphia and it’s killing me. I really do not see any similarities between us two.

Bro the risk you think exists doesnt do yoy also not go outside since you might get hit by lightning? Would you also not pick up a stack of money on the ground because you might fall and break your back, Theres heaps of scientific knowledge on retinoids like tretnoin showing time after time how good it is. The odds of you taking something like tretnoin or tazerotene over a long peroid of time and getting worse skin is practically zero
