it's not just get money do surgeries and forget, every single surgery comes with big risks and you'll get botched a little bit in every single one most likely or have other sides like numbness etc etc so if you're an incel you require a big amount of surgery which means very high risk, also don't get me started on recovery it's hell anybody that gets invasive surgery goes through pain like they just got hit by a metal baseball bat, and even let's say somehow those operations go through smoothly the person will always remember how he was treated before surgeries which will make him feel no more better than a soulless barbie doll
