I hopped on accutane for 20 days, but my libido rapidly dropped to 0. I’m to scared of permanent effects

Thanks bro. My libido dropped to 0 after 3 weeks of accutane, so i immediately stopped it. Any other effective ways to improve my skin?

Idk you could try tretinoin, that's the next best thing but it's nowhere near as good as accutane unfortunately. You can also try fixing your gut health also with kefir and no processed food.
