ngl i think people overcomplicate looksmaxxing

idk maybe its just me but some people on here make everything way more complicated than it needs to be

like bro will spend 3 hours analyzing his ramus from 7 different angles but probably has 5 hours of sleep and eats like shit

im not saying looks dont matter, obviously they do. but there are some basic things that are just way more worth focusing on

sleep
gym / sports
hair
skin
hygiene
clothes that actually fit
posture
social skills

and no im not saying “just shower bro” fixes everything lol

im saying theres no point obsessing over some tiny feature if you're ignoring the stuff you can actually improve

also the amount of people who seem to hate themselves over one facial feature is crazy

you can improve your appearance without making your whole personality about your appearance

thats probably the biggest difference between self improvement and just being obsessed with your flaws

anyway thats my take
