Different color eyes are a halo no matter what, but of course, depending on the color and your other features it will add more or less. You could make the best out of your eye by fixing your coloring. Your eyes don't pop because everything in your face blends in together.

If you'd improve your eyelashes, eyebrows and maybe used something to add more hue to your skin tone, then suddenly people would start noticing your eyes much more.

Okay, that explains it a little more. Assuming you don't want to use contacts or change your eye color then you should improve your contrast, because you look plain and boring, it doesn't matter what color your eyes are if the rest of your features just average it all out.

Lighter eyes are better than dark ones for one simple reason, it's the contrast around the eyes

I have decently long lashes but it's not visible because of my T50, my eyebrows could also seem darker if my eyes weren't already darker than them

The color itself isn't really that important it's what it highlights
