People say I look healthier

My doctor, family and a friend I met again after a view months say that I look healthier.
Makes sense, because I don't have the school stress from 2 months ago anymore.

But my friend that hasn't seen me since my UC looksmax, was really seeing a difference, saying that I look really healthy and THAT I HAVE LOST MY ROUND AND PUFFY CHEEKS, THAT ARE JUST FLAT NOW.

Could be bloat and stress, but UC could've contributed to the effect, cause I struggled ever since puberty with round and puffy cheeks...
