Why is it that whenever I meet someone new, they keep talking and talking about their life story?

I noticed that whenever I enter a room or get introduced to someone new, they overshare and keep talking with me about everything in their life as I listen intently & respond here and there.

I also tend to get approached by strangers asking me about random stuff when theres clearly others around, for example I will be sitting in a crowded classroom and a random dude comes up to me asks me "Yo, where is (x)"?

What does this mean? does it mean that I'm easy to approach/talk to? (I heard this before) If so, why don't women do it? (Only happened few times)

P.S: I mean men not women, women ignore me

Sometimes they ask me a question here and there, and some people ask me way more questions than talk about themselves, which is a bit annoying since I have to actually talk. But some people are so oblivious that they'll just talk and talk about themselves for 30 minutes straight lmao.
