I have some pretty bad skeletal asymmetry's in my chin mandible ramus, my teeth do not align and it makes my chewing and mouth closed a bit uncomfortable, i have enough reasons to consider a BSSO and genioplasty potentially a LF1 too beacuse of breathing issues although they are not bad and don't affect me too much mostly just snoring while sleeping but still a problem, so would surgery be a good option or should i just not do it and be happy that its not too severe of a problem?
