I don't mean it in an insensitive or mocking way but it is extremely hypocritical to say "the blackpill ruined my life" when you got into it. What could one possibly expect out of such a nihilistic ideology? Surely nothing good or positive. It's like trying to play a basketball game against a professional team as a casual player and then complaining about the intensity of the match, it makes no sense.
The Blackpill isn't meant to better your life at all, in fact it's meant to do almost the complete opposite, it's simply a nihilistic form of thinking that people who indulge in forums like this one take up since most of the "looksmaxxing" stuff is things you can't naturally change and unfortunately, not everyone has the finances to artificially alter themselves which is why they take up the blackpill.
And it's also hypocritical to indulge in looksmaxxing content and not expect your mental quality to lower, especially since most new users/people who've joined have most likely been warned about the risks of indulging into such a community. I mean what can you expect from an online community of people who are gathered to try and fix their own severe insecurities by any means possible? Surely you didn't expect it to be some jolly club of meditating self improving fanatics. After all, the point of joining the forum is to one day be able to leave it behind and forget about it completely until the end of your time on this earth.
