Are longer runs or faster runs generally that which increase debloating/health?

Like is a 15 minute run where you're running like a pace of like 5 minutes/mile or running for 45 minutes where you're running a pace of like 7 minutes/mile.
 
Just do calisthenics 3x a week, run like 30 minutes in the morning and drink lots of water.

Boom. You have hollow cheeks but its based on your bone structure and lighting, so just water stuff.

I do 7 hour sprints and MOG all the boneless retards at school
