I've spoke to a guy that works in a pastry where they produce bread, pasta and other grains products.

He told me there are bugs, moths, cockroaches, sometimes even rats in there. Even pigeons in there that shit in there.

You literally eat insects and animal feces if you eat grain products.

Literally just go to a place that produces grains and there's a bunch of bugs around and the place is a fucking dirty mess.

Grains are a slave food made to feed the masses. Kings eat animal products.
