No photos but yeh. People with good facial structure see less of an improvement, people with bad facial structure see the most improvement. If bf% is too low, then you start to look like a walking skeleton even if you have muscles. 8-10% is ideal imo. I started noticing hollow cheeks when it reached around that level

No, the opposite. People with good bones usually have the DOM high T jaw, browridge, etc. so they look good even when they are "fat" at 15-20% bf. People with worse bones need to have low bodyfat so that their features stand out (eyes, jaw, nose, etc.)

I know this answer is unsatisfactory, but it REALLY is genetics dependent. Your face has a relatively tiny amount of fat, and it's arbitrary to your body; your body doesn't give a fuck that you want fat OFF of this specific region. I don't think there's a pattern of facial fat loss across people, so just keep cutting until you get the ideal hollowing, which should be at 10%. Some people lose their facial fat first, some people last, and most probably in between

People here say muh hormones muh estrogen but my mom is a 75 kilo avocado looking motherfucjer and she has a chiseled face with a better jawline than most people here and she's not even menopausal yet

If you're asking whether there's more room to improvement or not, from what I can tell ofc, and if u want to know simply grab onto the fat on your face. There should be close to none ideally

I've seen you, and holy fuck, even though you have your flaws, hour facial contours, concavity and angularity are raped by facial fat. Pay no attention to muh collagen fear mongerers, fat doesn't make you higher collagen LMFAO, by that measure fat old people shouldn't have saggy faces, but they DO

Super low body fat is super necessary. Fat doesn't even protect your collagen from the sun, your collagen is ABOVE white fat. Facial fat has no fucking use whatsoever except raping your sex appeal

go on a suicidal cut immediately, you have no gains to worry about maintaining. bulk with 200 call surplus after ur get super lean

Its a worlds difference. The lower the % the bigger the difference between the %. Similar to 15% having barely any abs and 10% having abs so visible you can stick your stomach out and still have abs. For me I wont have any hollow cheeks at 15% and at 10% it looks like I dont have cheeks, just bone.

True. I'm like 25% body fat and my face looks lean as fuck, only because my body stores most of my fat in my lower body, and literally 0 in my face

i had to get under 10 to see any bones

I am at 23% but can see my zygos in the mirror. It's there but isn't really noticeable in motion much.

Should I lean down to 10%? Would I gt good hollow cheeks? I had semi hollow cheeks a couple weeks ago after not eating for a day btw

I've only gone to what I guess is 10-12% body fat once, and my cheeks were hollowed in some lighting. Depends on how much fat is distributed around your body and your face, and how good your bones are.

Body fat % is not linear.
A 3% decrease from 12 to 9 = night & day

I have lost 20 pounds in the last year, about 10 pounds in the last two month, my face looks noticeably better.

I think one issue is fat does not store evenly so my face was looking assymetric when I was a little fatter.

Currently sitting at 12% bodyfat, will be at 6-7% by end of next month.

Damn. I'll watch it tomorrow. I'll tell you what I thought of it when I'm done.
I've seen so many clips and everything about it seems top tier.

Yeah it really makes a difference. Dunno at what bodyfat % I'm now though. But if you're skinnier your face is also skinny
