Women and minorities have to be perfect, no matter how unrealistic it is. "Wahh men can't write women." Yeah, cause women are so great at writing men. You're not allowed to write characters that are realistic if there's any negative connotations. You can write a woman that's a competent leader that can fight off swarms of navy seals, a black astrophysicist with a 170 IQ and it's all fine and good. They never complain about how white men are written. They can be the biggest loser and it's fine.
