yes you might end up looking the same or like a chipmunk but it doesnt look fake


fillers and implants on the other hand can boost your looks (dont get me wrong) but if things get fucked up it can look really weird and unnatural

thats why i also dont get infraorbital implants - all that tranny results from taban included infraorbital implants

What is there to get about IO implants? They basically eliminated my undereye circles 100% and don't look fake at all. I guess if you get too much projection they could end up looking weird or whatever but most good surgeons require you to get a CT scan to see how much you need.

jaw and cheek implants can easily look uncanny. the same is not true of orbital implants imo.

Was it a dannysomethingsomething? I was reading that thread. 5 surgeries for 23k. Never posted the results after healing.

I think it depends on your Surgeon rather than the medium. Plastic Surgeons, are good at performing surgery, but some don't make for good Aesthiticians for Example, Nose Jobs, some Doctors will completely eliminate your nasion and give you the profile of a horse.

True eyebrows already high set plus plucked plus filler with some eyebrow pencil/pomade

Such eyes already look bad gay and pray
Even if Barett plucked off his eyebrows and draw Jeffre Star eyebrows he still would look masculine

I think one of the issues is that people ask for as much PCT as possible, and their faces just don't seem like they have the kind of support needed for that feature, so a lot of them look like aliens. People need to also take lateral length of the eyes into account when it comes to area. It isn't just about the slant/tilt.
