Pretty much what he said, it would have to be a more than mild/moderate case of lordosis/kyphosis/scoliosis/pelvic tilt whatever the fuck makes your spine curved to gain height. Even then i wouldn't expect more than 1.5 cm height gain. If you want better torso length gains, first do that obv since every cm is important but i would also look to retaining morningheight/preventing disc compression throughout the day. Idk any specific methods but ik surgeons put fluid in your spinal discs to prevent height decrease when aging.
