i think it's nearly impossible, if not completely impossible to lock it all away. as a subhuman you know your place when it comes to natural selection. but yeah surgeries are semi cope because you know that you will never fully be a man with good genetic features but at the end of the day they will improve your situation at least a little bit

Surgeries are cope in your case because you need an entire lefort 3 which is a pipe dream. Even then, you are not completely hopeless and would not benefit from surgery (granted that you get the right ones and don’t end up botched).
