Well that's cos those healthcare systems are so fucked they make moneymaxxers go into medicine.

U defo want your cardiologist to be in the top 1% of income earners, your GP to he in the top 5%, etc cos u don't want your life in the hands of a brainlet, and you want the capable guys managing your health to be accountable.

If u look at Europe, most of Asia, LATAM, etc that's generally what happens.

It's just USA and couple other places where system is totally broken, and a random dentist can earn 800k for cleaning your teeth etc.
