implants are the easiest, infras and supras are the safest implant (assuming u pair with rounds of fat grafts)

even if you fraud it to a minimum (will still look retarded) you'd have a better 'fraud base' post surgery anyway

a good and worthwhile surgery that's low risk, i'd recommend combining with a canthopexy as well though for some more positive tilt support

for sure, as long as your aim is large improvement to the canthal tilt, if you want better tilt but not largely significant change you could go canthopexy
