I’ve quit and relapsed in weed so many times I just treat it like alcohol, try to keep it once a week

It’s hard to do for me, my friends all do it and if I were to try to only do it once a week I would need loud not a pen so I would have to go out everytime and do extra I Js don’t think that I have the control

Really depends on how bad you want sobriety

I got tired one day and quit. Delete ur dealers’ contacts and limit hanging out with friends who smoke. You’ll end up smoking again if you do

I quit for a month last week, I don’t have friends that don’t smoke really besides one from elementary school but we don’t really talk
