acting like topical retinoids, niacinamide, azelaic acid, laser treatments, etc don't matter lol

it is a solve-all drug for acne which is true, but you will need to maintain with things like moisturizer, niacinamide etc.
most korean ten step skincare routines can be reduced to wash-wipe-serum after an accutane course

Look I’m on tret + other basic stuff.

But adding even a low dose accutane 2x per week as maintenance makes a huge difference.

Very high yield shit

Uh erm acktualy :NERD:

No accutane for your lifestyle
No accutane for your sun exposure levels
No accutane for your extremely recessed craniofacial bone structure causing tissue to droop and sag prematurely requiring osteotomies and implants to fix
No accutane for your hypertrophied frontalis and glablellar muscles requiring botox to tame
No accutane for your heavily decreased collagen production levels due to advanced age requiring topicals retinoids used synergistically with laser resurfacing to boost back up
No accutane for your deteriorating soft tissues and fat pads requiring multiple lifts and fat transfers over the decades to mitigate

I could go on

?? Yes accutane mogs everything what the fuck are you talking about:forcedsmile:

Been here since 2024 and making a retarded jfl post at accutane:lul::lul:Accutane is the godsent drug for skin and solves all problems.

For maintenance I'd use topical retinoids but everyone should be doing at least one accutane course for sure.

Then switch to the others.

So how close are you to your next surgery?
Second consult with Ram this June. High chance I just cope with a genio whenever he’s next available from there

Most people are too braindead to search for actual skincare products and advice, so it’s easier to just throw out the ultimate solution

Yeah but guess what

People really need to get it through their heads that this looksmaxxing shit NEVER ENDS

Softmaxxing is a laundry list of routines and treatments you have to keep up with FOR LIFE

And even once you ascend your face there’s always gonna be a need for that next face lift, that next round of fat transfer, dying your greying hair…

It’s a lifelong expensive ass hobby basically

Accutane is king because it permanently shrinks pores in most people and after the 12 month cycle all acne is gone and all that is needed is a small "hollywood" dosage to basically have no acne again.

Well I agree with you, I hate reductionist mindsets too especially in this niche.

However, when it comes to skincare you can afford to be a reductionist with accutane because it literally targets every mechanism that causes bad skin.

Shrinks pores which is what gives you the seamless glass look, reduces oil so you have a matte finish like models instead of a oily teenager one.

Kills acne-causing bacteria.

Shrinks sebaceous glands (Permanently) so that you will likely never get acne rebound for life.

It is genuinely a godsend, people wouldn't act like it is if it wasnt

Depends on autism level

True for acne but maintaining youthful skin is a huge concern the older you get and that rabbit hole is deep if you want to have a comprehensive approach
not that deep bruh its just accutane cycle then the course is over its just tret + spf 50 then moisturizer

Accutane is like 95% of your skincare journey......
