People who use derminator for acne scars

Is this a good plan to get rid of acne scarring?

Saw someone's post on here who micro-needled weekly with 0.5mm (even though 1.5mm is recommended for scarring) and got rid of his scars after 3 months - hence the high frequency. Still I don't think it is excessive since there is a week break and the 0.5mm is not that aggressive in itself.

Anyone who has used derminator to get rid of acne scarring - opinions?

I have been using the 9 needle cartridge almost weekly now and I have noticed some improvement. I never went higher than 0.75MM though. Next time I want to try 12 needles with 1MM

I do 2 mm or 2.5 mm every 4 weeks with another microneedling device. Did 4 sessions and noticed better texture. I'm looking for 10 sessions for scar flattening.
