Hi,
I have a question about UC.
I just did my first session today and i used aloe vera gel( also used headphones to play music). I used the lowest intensity. It didnt feel hot at all, it only was a little bit warm, but nothing really. Is it normal that the lowest intensity isnt warm? Or maybe it was beacause of my gel that blocked the warm? Should i go 1 intensity higher? And it also gave me some red lines around the cheeck if its okay.
Thanks

the lowest intensity is goingto be only slightly warm, uc isn't a heat beat processed so in general warmth isn't really needed.

all that being said start gradually ramping up the intensity, one level a session so long as you feel okay. get to a place where you're feeling a slight tingle, don't go to a place where you feel burning or discomfort.

red lines are pretty common i wouldn't worry about that, they're probably gone by the time i'm typing this lol

These are photos of what my device looks like for caviation and RF. What settings should I use based on what you see both for caviation and Rf. Like what should I start with and how much should I increase by or what should I change each session, thanks.

I Started with power 2 and im now on power 5, i dont think im gonna go past that.
The discomfort is not linear, lvl 2 is very similar to 5 in every aspect, except 5 is stronger.
I dont feel warmpht, you should use more gel if you get too much redness.
The good part about this shit is that it actually works

What mode do you use? Yesterday I did power 3 and mode c and it started hurting and burning a lot like 4 minutes in despite me reapplying gel like every 45 secs. Does this happen with you as well? Also what power level and mode do you use for RF? And what’s your full routine for fluid drainage post uc? Thanks for your help
