big and wide head (its way over big and thick to be masculine ( basically like sponge bob head shape with squid ward face ), its not recommended to reduce the length of the head because only option is shaving the bone below the lower lips which make your head even wider in a worse way, only approach to ascend is to make the width of head less to turn into a rectangle and oval shaped head ideally ( correct me if this is not the best )

Shaving the lower jaw (from bottom of ear to the lowest) is the most crucial change and usually just shave the sides not the front and 45 degree, and if your cheekbone is too wide (even wider than Jordan Barrett), shave it a bit to make it optimal still sticking out wider than lower ofc, and if your side of your head above the ears is like ( ) or too wide to look normal, https://skullreshaping.com/temporal-skull-surgery/, from dr eppley scroll down to the wide head reduction section, its usually the red area, looks like just removing the muscles not even shaving any bone would be the final touch to save that big head guide,

Brutal hair pill. My barber cucked me hard,, made my hair too short. Now i look ugly asf due to my wide asf face and weird skull shape. I legit go from ugly to somewhat good looking just by wearing a hat and some headphones to hide my shitty skull
