When I had a good social life, I literally never used the internet. Well, I did, but it was always to arrange meets or something with people. I never used to sit on forums or shit like that. I don't think Chadd does either

I lived with a shit phone that couldn't even install the latest apps for 4 years. And it's almost impossible to function in modern society with it. To do anything in the world now requires apps, QR codes, facetime, etc. It's so annoying

There was a time when I kept with all the dumb shit just to fit in...I still got rejected left and right, now I gave up on all the dumb shit and I feel relieved, I don't have any apps on my phone.

Same situation as you. I kept up with stuff at one point, then entered recluse mode for 4 years (I didn't even buy new clothes during this period lmao) but now I am trying to get back into the groove of things.

If you don't try to fit in, then you will just be outcasted further and your life will keep getting more miserable and solitary until you just rope. Only Chad could get away with not keeping up with latest trends and such.
