80's like clothing has become very NT in Scandinavia, you could try this, become a trendsetter if it isn't popular in your country yet.

Nothing skinny. Just wear straight but slightly slim pants, or even regular fit can work depending on the fabric. Zara, Uniqlo, H&M all have options you should try on it. Thicker fabric tends to disguise the thin legs better. However, you can also try some linen pants for warmer climates.

You can wear all of these with sneakers like vans hi tops or a rebok white shoe like in the last pic.

Dickies also sell some straight pants with thicker fabric. Tbh I recommend trying them in person first because they can be too wide for super skinny guys because they’re designed for skaters. But some models will be okay. I cannot remember which design is best atm.
