I don’t see the point. Custom silicone seems like an unhappy and useless middle ground between custom PEEK and “customised” off-the-shelf MedPor.

Ive seen titanium cases on one of his websites as well. It's probably just that most people who get surgery with him are normies who dont really care about material as long as its not dangerous, and so they'd rather just save a couple bucks.

Not for infras/malar, silicone has some advantages that peek lacks and might be superior overall, or may be comparable to peek. For anything in the lower third yes silicone would always be inferior.

Just made my face bigger, didn't increase angularity or anything. If you look at his results and the designs, he has no understanding of what an aesthetic jaw is.
