It’s not something you do to improve your appearance in the first place, rather it’s something you must do to prevent deterioration of your looks.

It’s proper tongue posture. You don’t get cookie points for doing it but get punished if you don’t + combine it with other bad habits like mouthbreathing, bad posture, bad swallowing technique

To always mew should be the norm, especially if you are being photographed; you don’t want a melted face

it is actually incredibly important for having a defined jawline since most peoples hyoid lays much lower than it should (and could)

Don't understand why people ever saw those sibling girls picture and assume the mewing made her good looking
It was always obvious to me the mouthbreathing is detrimental to reaching genetic potential, and the girl only looks good cause genetics

Your genetical potential is set but you can sure as hell ruin it with bad habits like mouthbreathing. I’ve seen way too many people irl who I grew up around going from normal looking kids to melting faced adults

Good jawline is genetic. Some people can lose that good genetic if they have issue in breathing at early age. Breathing issues are also caused by bad genetic which are fixable by surgery and other methods at early age but you cannot fix them with Mewing. Also bad jawline can be genetic as well... No good breathing or mewing will help to improve it.... Its all just set in place in your DNA.

Tbh this view matches my experiences. Mewing has only marginal improved my facial features but not mewing destroys my face.

Its legit sad looking at pictures of adults as kids who were good looking but now have melted faces

Thoughts on beltpulling and thumb pulling?

minimum baseline is maintenance. however i disagree on improvement. idk about bone reformation but it makes an insane difference in a plethora of cases in soft tissue at least.

20 minute mark his hyoid combined with posture and possible slight bone changes results in an excellent profile in comparison to his old profile

how old is he?
is there anything that can be done past 24
also, im truecel on multiple levels so its truly over for me, this is just out of curiosity. I will most likely die between 30 and 50, not matter what I do.

well basically you should really have a solid skillset by 30 that gives you undeniable value, so that you have money. when you are financially stable things flow better. the entire time you should practice mewing and chin tucks and chew correctly. get ripped with a good workout program and get healthy. surgery is usually never worth it. softmaxx get healthy and create meaning in your life. literally my best advice i would offer myself in your scenario. also idk what you look like so im not agreeing with you you could be normie for all ik fr

Mewing can make your face appear somewhat attractive by lifting up your skin under your chin but if one wants serious change , they’re probably better of spending more time chewing because you can train the muscle which will have an effect on bone aswell given your under 25
