will taking igf-1 lr3 have a good chance of increasing organ size? if no definitive answer are there tests i can do that could show possible red flags before taking igf-1? also what is a good dose that won't be that risky but isn't too low where it'll have barely an effect

if i'm too much of a pussy for this is taking test a safer option
