So in most if not all reconstituting videos they recommend a 3ml syringe to transfer the bacteriostatic water into the powder, I do not have the 3ml syringe rn but I do have 1ml insulin syringes and was wondering if you could just use those.

No, if you touch the stopper with anything but a 3mL syringe, it will spontaneously combust in your hands.
