Look at threads/discourse/TikToks that talk about peptides with effects you might be interested in.
Look at clinical literature pertaining to said peptides.
Make your own informed decision about dosage.

As much as I think the discourse on there is incredibly superficial and consequently inconsiderate of any nuance... a lot of people are introduced to peptides (in general, and specific ones), thru social media.
