The most common situation for young adults here (early 20s), is that they might have at least a bit of muscle but also a bit too much fat. What would be the best peptides of the follwing (HGH, ipamorelin, igf1, mots c and retatutride (only those are available for me)) in order to build a bit more muscle while also loosing fat and preferably helping in healing a shoulder tendon(?) injury?
But a potential good source doesn’t have them now but I guess I will just search for another one. Is stacking them the meta or is BPC enough? And do they actually help with muscle growth and fat loss? But that’s secondary since my injury is more important right now
