Most peptides are cope, no peptide will fix poor diet sleep and exercise routine so get those dialed in then decide do you really want to spend 100s of $ on peptides for 1 month when you can spend 100$ on test e for a year with much better results

My exercise is already dialed and my diet is decent, but thanks

yeah i did a little research, all i wanted to know was recommended dosages for beginners from the people that have experience

no ones helping because it's not hard to dyor like everybody else, unless you have special needs which maybe you do idk
