I’m a 16yr 5’10”, 140 lb quarterback heading into my first season of varsity football with a lean frame and some remaining skinny fat composition. I’ve been training consistently in the gym for over six months and am now focused on significantly improving my athletic performance—specifically sprinting speed (40-yard dash and 100m), strength, explosiveness, and overall athleticism.

After thorough research, I’ve concluded that peptides may be the most effective route for my goals, as I want to avoid the long-term hormonal suppression associated with more aggressive enhancement methods.

This is the stack im considering:
  • IGF-1 LR3 – for enhanced muscle growth, recovery, and performance
  • CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin – to support natural growth hormone release, recovery, and lean muscle development
  • BPC-157 + TB-500 – for injury prevention, soft tissue recovery, and joint health
  • AOD-9604 – to aid in fat loss without compromising muscle

I’d appreciate input on whether this stack is retarded for my goals, or if there are more effective alternatives with easy hormonal bounce back to consider.

(i got chatgpt to reword this sry if i sound like a bot)

bpc+tb is good for joints youll need that as a football player

aod is useless as stated in my aforementioned comment. the receptor its trying to hit only hits in mice and doesnt have a single shred of evidence saying it works in humans
study: https://www.tryeden.com/post/aod-9604-vs-semaglutide

i wouldnt take igf just do hgh at that point youre young its beneficial either way

id swap cjc+ipa for either tesamorelin or mk677 dude youre a football player you gotta get big cjc+ipa is weak stuff more or less
