I wanna get bigger, advice for peptides and training are welcome
So basically i js wanna grow and gymcel for a bit. I never thought of taking peptides because for my face I didnt need the ones that actually do work and the other ones for face like for better dimo and such are basically cope (wont hop on test for now tho).
Im skinny i weight 68kg on 185cm. Good frame, long biceps so most of my genetics are good, just not the ones for building muscle. Also im a mentalcel and nd so being consistent with my eating kinda sucks.
So id appreciate if someone could hook me up with some advice. Im eating around 2-3k calories always very unconsistent, i try to train 4 times a week torso limbs and i do my cardio so im not skinny fat or smth my base is good. I have some knowledge since ive been training for 4 years but first really active since december, gained 8kg mostly muscle.
Advice on which peptides and also would love if someone with a bad mental and adhd has some advice.
