alright, in anabolic-androgenic steroids, theres anabolic ( muscle building ), and androgenic ( masculinizing; bone formation during puberty , so with that the most basic things for a cycle is the base, which is testosterone ( without test base, the orals you take will suppress ur natural t levels to 0, so have one ), and with testosterone theres esters which is the type of oil and it controls the half life ( how long it stays in ur body ), and i personally use cypionate cus of its ~8 day half life. Testosterone has a ratio of 1:1 for anabolic to androgenic, meaning it does both equally, and for orals, depending on ur goal ( muscles, or masculinizing ), youd want something like anavar ( very anabolic compared to androgens ) or something like proviron which has mostly androgens. You can add a microdosing of tren, which is a powerful 19 nor, about 5 times more androgenic as test. Thats the bare basics when it comes to the substances themselves in the aas catagory, i wont go over other things like slin, pth analogs, or osteoporosis meds as they arent aas's. if u want to know how long to run each substance and the dosings, and other products/ancillaries needed lmk ( and for sourcing u gotta dm me on discord ).
