Does this look legit? Like the prices that he shows his info (which is a business account) etc
Also: what should I ask for to see if he is legit

Tell us who gave you this source. They are pretending to be a vendor and dropshipping at 50-60% markup.

This is just WWB’s exact price list with a 50-60% markup. Send the pdf file as an attachment in this thread please.

that’s double the price it should be for a grey source for 10 vials, lmk if you want a better source
