Peptides and affects for younger people

I was recently told to hop on peptides, but I really don’t know what to hop on… I know of some peptides like reta(for fat loss i think), GHK-Cu (copper pep for skincare?)

and someone was talking about IGF-1 signaling or something close to that. I’ve done some research on it but it still doesn’t make sense to me.

Can someone help me with this?

Im currently 15 so will there be any side affects of hopping on?

My parents already use peptides idk which ones.
