Peptides and alternatives help

I want to start to fix my acne and improve my looks, can’t share pictures sadly but I got mild acne, not so much just some here and there mostly around my chins and jawline, and peptide/ ghk-cu is something I’ve looked into but don’t know how easy it is to get in Sweden nor have I checked what alternatives I could take.

Need to improve my skin, currently taking epiduo but barely see any improvement, mostly get more acne reactions and pimples, so what could I do?

I’m open to suggestions and would rather take something that doesn’t involve syringes

Got no dea about sweden but lower doses of accutane gets rid of pimples and boosts skin collagen. It would make your skin look better.

Egentligen för acne så ska man köra akutan men annat funkar bra med,jag köpte tazarotene,en annan starkare retinoid än isotretnoin fast kräm från grekland för typ 350kr inkl nex day delivery,pga det är receptfritt i vissa länder, jag har inte akne eller finnar över huvudtaget men den funkar skitbra och i studier är den alltid bättre än tretnoin(krämverisionen av accutane) och skillnaden mellan pillret och kräm är inte gigantisk så köp antingen taz eller akutan,akutan är lite bättre för att glra huden torrare djupare fast är också lite giftig och man blir torr överallt,tqz är bättre på resten som snabbare cellbyte etc

Vill du köpa akutan köp från indiamart typ men det kan bli taget av tullen och de lång leveranstid och då får du beställa ett nytt paket

Well this is me, wouldn’t actually send a facepic but here we are ig, so basically I usually just have “acne” in the morning but then after a few ours there isn’t actually any spots so it’s more like old pimple spots or something acting up, and me with my hygiene I guess, take daily showers cause I want to feel clean and I have seen that usually I sleep with a non so clean pillow etc so it could just be hygiene wise too, so idk if accutane is really needed atm since it’s not a struggle for me at all as you can see and I just want to improve facial wise which ghk does since it makes it shiny and overall makes the skin like more acne and scar wise better

Okay I’m looking into ghkcu and tazarotene I guess but If I was going to pick ghkcu is it possible for me to also use melatonin so I can be a bit more tanned because im never tanned almost, only during summer and that barely makes me tanned

So I guess it’s okay to take same time as ghkcu? And I’m on the forums trying to look for ghkcu information about pinning since I guess that would be the better option for me but how often should I pin and do I need to take it forever that I want to look good with it or can it be like accutane where you mostly need 6 months and then it should be good forever?

After you stop taking it it acts as a regular tan and will go away like a regular tan,you can just keep taking it forever tho if you want since its not dangerous and actually has some other positive effects like slight mood improvement and better erections

I dont know a source,ghk-cu is not dangerous short term but if you use it for too long its toxic,use for 8 weeks of for 12 weeks and repeat

Just pin in stomach or something

If he doesnt wanna pin he can buy saline online and ghk cu,mix 3%ghk cu with it and apply it every day
