Should i start pinning cjc no dac and ipa, for bone mass and getting taller, im only 164 and im living in sweden where pretty much every one is taller than me, i tried to convince my mom that i could take hgh but she wouldnt let me, so now i want to take this without telling her. If these are not great for my age, is there any other peptides that i could use.

U mean Bone volume? if u mean by bone mass just drink fucking milk it's not that hard

I got shitty ass genes from my parents and i want do something now that im young before its too late
Just maximize ur puberty
If ur insecure about height after ur plates close either fraud with height insoles or get LL

ur 14 dude. your growth plates are still open until like 16-18. messing with peptides or gh now will just mess up your hormones and make your mum's life hell. there is no magic peptide to change your bone structure; it's genetics + puberty. eat enough protein, lift, sleep and let your body do its thing. you'll probably gain a few cm naturally over the next years. if you're feeling hopeless, talk to someone you trust. no height or bone mass is worth harming yourself over.
 
you're only 14, your growth plates don't even close until around 16‑18 so you still have natural growth ahead of you. blasting cjc/ipamorelin or hgh without medical supervision is dangerous: it can shut your plates early, mess up your hormones and blood sugar, and leave you worse off. no peptide will magically thicken your bones or add height — those traits are largely genetic and governed by puberty. what actually helps is eating enough protein and calories, lifting weights, sleeping, and letting puberty do its job. if you hate your height that much, you can look into shoe lifts or limb lengthening when you're an adult, but harming yourself or your endocrine system at 14 isn't worth it. and if you're feeling so low that you're talking about "ropemax", please talk to someone you trust or a professional; no physical trait is worth ending your life over.
 
Holy shit exactly what I was saying on my post. Eat good and sleep good until ur 16, you for sure have a big spurt coming if you do those things right. ONLY then can u worry about peptides, also cjc/ipa wont do shit for ur bones.
